This article is focus on the situation of controlling and effect of the CROWN object (965N) in the 2nd plant of TIANJIN FAW TOYOTA MOTOR CO.LTD, For the effective controlling to the quality, development and investigation of the object, there's different controlling ways according to various objects. The 965N object is specific. Firstly, it is the first cooperation between FAW and TOYOTA, it's still not so familiar with each other for them. Secondly, it is a great challenge for the investigation and developing scheme of this object. The effective controlling to the object in order to reach the anticipated destination is the most important job for the Object Group. Facing the challenge, the group made detailed exploration and exploitation and decided reasonable plan for developing and investigation firstly. This article base on the management of object and mentioned the object's construction, planning, quality control, developing control and budget control, etc. And the theory of object evaluation which compares the object real effect with the data of research is exerted to describe the effect after object completion simply. At last, after the analysis and comparison, we can find that the reason of the 965N success is that a qualified object group implemented a series of significant control which is base on the technique support of a great number of technical advisers and the rich experience of TOYOTA.
