Along with MNC input their capital and technique into China, they havealready introduced advanced training theories, training modes and trainingmethods into China. Facing the aggressive competition and high-speeddevelopment of science and technique, more and more entrepreneurs realizethat talents have become the key to attain and maintain sustainable competitiveadvantages. The enterprise training is the important support for continuousdevelopment. Nan Fang Engineering and Construction Managerial Company,which has the ability of EPC, PMC, technical service and consultation, is oneof the largest engineering companies. Nan Fang Engineering and Constructionis a Matrix type organization of project management, emphasizing theresponsibility of project managers. In recent years the construction industrywas developing vigorously. It brings the opportunity and challenge for NanFang Engineering and Construction Managerial Company. This company hasthe following problems, one is that there is not enough professional technicaltalents; The second is that the quality of company staff doesn't meet therequirement of domestic and international competition; The third is thatinternal organizational configuration is out of balance; The forth is that thecompany is need of high-quality managerial talents; The fifth is that theproblem of brain drain is very serious.
