How can an enterprise win an advantage of competition in thissuch-and-such fierce competitive world? One of the most importantfactors is that constructs a high base of person with ability, and do thework of human resources management ether interior or opposite as best asone can. So we can say that improve employee's diathesis, establish anexcellent enterprise culture, build up a kind impression and found a intactsystem of human resources management in the enterprise will become aessential control mechanism , which can realize strategical aim andsystem for the organization .But Jilin Mobile Co.Ltd does not have a useful Human ResourcesSystem, and has less caring to the value of human resources. It has a lotof question such as low efficiency,bad integrity of information platformand much concealed information.We intend to construct a perfect human resource system in this essay,using information technology to solve the problem of human resourcemanagement. Running of this system can provide decision-making forenterprise's leader; therefore, the integrative management function andaction of personnel management will be exerted more and moresufficiently, and the human resources will also be used morecomprehensive. Finally, it fulfill the modern, special and innovatory goalsof the human resources management, and gives the powerful support forin the future development of enterprise.First of all, the background of company's human resourcesmanagement is investigative object. It has a simple retrospect of thedevelopmental course and background information of Jilin Mobile Co.Ltd.The existing condition and questions of company's human resourcesmanagement will be stressed.Then, It analyzes roundly about information systems of humanresources management of JLMC.
