Over a long time, how to eliminate corruption from its sources has been remaining a hot topic for exploration and research of scholars and people engaged in anti-corruption home and abroad. Recent years, the activity of anti-corruption by institution occurred domestically has been receiving wide attention and high regard. This is also researched in this thesis.
