Research On The PM Model Of Information-based Enterprises

The 21st century is information age of network, with the constant development of modern communication technology and information technology, the new organization management idea is emerging constantly. There is more and more application in the field of business administration of IT technology, and permeate through all respects of the project management. At information age, the information-based level of the project management of an enterprise is not merely a sign of the development level of enterprises, and determines the competitive power of this enterprise. Researching on the information-based enterprise's project management mode will exert a far-reaching influence on modern enterprises. This text studies under the background of fact like this. This text is divided into six chapters altogether, the content per chapter is as follows: Chapter 1: Preface. It explains research background and meaning in which the thesis studies, studies the current situation both at home and abroad, confirms the theme of the thesis, research contents, research approach and technological route. Chapter 2: The application of the information-based technology in the project management. Omni-directional , the whole course of every stages of project , utilizing the information technology (IT-Information Technology ) integratively, pursue the project management relying mainly on three-dimensional modeling integrated designing technique , the flow of materials and database, the flow of capital and task. The office automated system taking each as platform is important means and foundation to improve project management level; it is the important respect of liberating the productive forces, reducing capital expenditure, shortening project cycle too. It is necessary means to use some project management software or system to raise their project management level and international competition strength. The project management is a very complicated system, divided into two classes: comprehensive project management system (the key system controlling the expenses and progress ,and other functional system ) and project file administrative system(No direct transmission relation of information will take place between every subsystem of comprehensive project management system, there is transmission relation of information only between the databases and every subsystem.). Chapter 3: The project implementation based on informationization. Set up project plan model at first which analyzes the technical factor that the project plan controls; Secondly study the course of supervising , assessing and controlling the research project, set up cybernetic loop model, analyze the supervision , assessment of the project and audit the plan; Thirdly study the course of linking up of research project, set up project link up model, analyze the function that communication project environment performs of goal realizing again, explain the project manager's communication duty and the function performing of project. Chapter 4: The information-based enterprise's project management mode characteristic and developing direction. Summarizing, it has three great respects: the change of project management idea, the progress of management skill, the expansion of managerial knowledge of project.The change of the project management idea is mainly includes three respects: the project organization becomes the knowledge one based on information to organize; becomes the new one of flat and democratization; the project organization transforms to the studying type. The expansion of the managerial knowledge of the project includes three respects: innovative management of technology project, information management, management of investment of risk. Elaborate the development direction of enterprises'project management under the present information-based condition further. Chapter 5: Analyze Chinese enterprises'problem on project management and propose corresponding measure. It explains the developing history of project management of our country and current situation, analyzed that the reason causing the project of a lot of enterprises to fail is mainly the questions of management system and human resources system. In management system: (1) Administrative structure , range of management and management system are complicated (2 ) project operating mechanism is ineffective not smoothly. In human resources: (1)The thought of modern management taking people as the core has not been really established yet (2)Member's demand of participating in management of the project fails to be satisfied (3)Personnel arrangement is unreasonable (5) united spirit of cooperation that project management put emphasis on can not be realized effectively .
