SU Water Group Co.LTD(SUWG) proposes to become assets exceed ten billion large-scale Water Group Co.LTD development goal of enterprise in the beginning of establishment. Analysing from SUWG'water supply and sewage disposal business,the author thinks sewage disposal business has a better development prospect, but the sewage disposal business which SUWG manages at present is within the range of Chongqing, and a lot of reasons because of inside and outside, the sewage disposal business has no profit but suffer the loss. Meanwhile, as China joins WTO,domestic and international a lot of enterprises enter the sewage disposal trade one after another, seize market . How to improve existing sewage disposal business quality internal of SUWG and how to face the competition pressure externally, which is its subject urgently to be solved .
