The Law's Studies In The Raising Funds For The Aged Insurance Of Our Country

Owing to the inadequate theoretical research and studies, unreasonable design of institutions, not perfect of legislation, and not strict of putting law into practice in regards of the system of social insurance including the aged insurance of our country, there are limited channels on the raising money, and the enterprises and staff and workers are not interest in taking part in the aged insurance. All these factors cause the uneven on the income and expenses of the funds. Adopting the method of integration of theory and practice, this article at first generalizes the basic concept and principle of raising money for the aged insurance, and then it compares the models of raising money. This article further analyzes the problems arising from the current system's enforcement and its reasons. Combining the international experience to point out the defects and malpractices existed in the current system, the author finally puts forward suggestions and resolutions from points of law's view in a hope to be useful to the improvement of the system of raising money for the aged insurance.
