Family violence is an old and general social phenomenon. Family violence includs physical ,spiritual injury to kinsfolks. Besides this ,it also includes the infringement of sex. To strengthen and improve the power and ability of public security and the community organization to interfere family's violence ,so enable family's violence to be intervened and controlled in time. To revise the current evidence rule, make the right to persons who hurt of family's violence are relieved and the persons who exertviolence are punished in time, so that we can achieve the goal of controlling and dispelling family's violence , thus bring about an advance in amphiphilic harmony.
