The enterprise integrative competitive power is the fountain of continuous competition predominance. Integrative competitive power is one of the important contents researched in management field at the present time. Improving the enterprise integrative competitive power is still impersonal demand on the condition of opening market in our country. Thus, to research how to evaluate the enterprise integrative competitive power and set up an evaluating model of the enterprise integrative competitive power fitting into china enterprises have important theoretical value and reality significance for promoting application of integrative competitive power and accelerating enterprise to win and keep competition predominance in international market.From the beginning of looking into the origin of integrative competitive power theory, analyzing and researching a mass of literatures and theory, the writer integrates the definition of integrative competitive power; and then, combining the reality in china enterprises, sets up the index system of evaluating the enterprise integrative competitive power on the basis of all the exiting evaluating methods to the enterprise integrative competitive power; according to the index system. Datum from 39 companies in medicine industry is analyzed as a demonstration. And proposed the devise of how to establish and defense enterprise integrative competitive power. By factor analysis, we calculated the z-score of each company and accounted the average score of the Industry, then established the standard of the Industry. At the end of the paper, we bring forward some suggestions on how to found and improve the company integrative competitive power.
