Research On Gradual Opening Up Of China Capital Market

It requires necessarily that China opens its capital market, as China accedes to World Trade Organization (WTO) and joins globalization of economy and finance. China has tried to open capital market modestly when the capital market was founded. The confirmation of Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (QFII) in 2002 served as a prelude to open up capital market again. But the opening up of capital market has the characteristic of high risk and kittle supervisal. If we open the capital market too fast without mature condition, it will result in a series of negative aftermaths. It's very important to open the capital market safely without needless twists and turns for well economy development in our country. This thesis starts with the meaning of opening up capital market, uses part of developing countries and area for reference, and argues that gradual opening is the best mode for our capital market. This thesis looks back the establishment and development of our capital market and points out the questions of it. Opening up our capital market is a quite long process with quite condition and principle. On the base of analyzing the risk of opening up capital market, the thesis puts emphases on idiographic measures for gradual opening up capital market. At last, this thesis brings forward phase objects and symbols of gradual opening up our capital market.
