A Study On The Constraint Of Resource, The Industrial Growth And Outside Moving

Recently, the growth of economic scale is increasingly regarded, both the academics and the entrepreneurs pay attention to the problem that how to persistently keep the economic growth of one corporation, or one industry, or one region, or even one nation. The growth of economic scale is affected by many facts, but the resource constraint is the important matter, its shortage or reasonless collocation will restrict the growth of economic scale.This paper concentrates on the growth of industry scale, and takes an example for the textile industries which are known as Taiwan's a traditional industry. Firstly, we analyse the growth of textile industries with econometrical method. Making use of the output, the capital and the labor of this industry annually, and analyzing their characteristic of the scale growth with a production-function, and educing that the growth of Taiwan's textile industries are mostly depending on the technical advancement. Then, the statistical analysis is shown that the growth of the industry is restricted primarily by the labor resource. Finally, the paper give some suggestion to textile industries in Taiwan: they need not only the advanced technique, but also the industry outside moving, in order to obtain the cheaper and plenteous labors.
