Study On The Institution Arrangement And Management Effects Of Chinese Rural Credit Cooperative

This paper studied the institution arrangement and management effects of Chinese Rural Credit Cooperative (CRCC). CRCC, which plays a vital role in national economy, is an important part of modern financial system. CRCC, as formal organization of rural cooperative finance, existed for more than 50 years. But the inherent system defects of CRCC leads to the restraint of the development of rural economy. Although experienced time after time reforms, it gained no material effects. Most of CRCC fall into dire straits. The main reason of the problem is that CRCC has particular history and environment factors. Especially, the regulation of inherent system needs a long period.How to improve management effects of CRCC? The key to the problem is to change the inherent institution structure, such as property right system and corporate governance structure, and external management environment thoroughly.Under the guide of new institution economics, this paper analyzes how the external environment and the inner system restrain running effects of CRCC. And the policy suggests are also proposed.This paper is arranged as follows: (1) the background, purpose and significance of the paper. (2) the position and function in finance system of CRCC. (3) the running problem and status of CRCC. The main problem is that the work of supporting agriculture is not outstanding and the running profit worsen. (5) the analysis of inner administer mechanism of CRCC. The imperfection of inner system is the main reason of inefficiency of running.
