The Research On The Intellectual Drain And Countermeasure In Chinese Private Scientific And Technological Enterprises

In China, Private Scientific and Technological Enterprises are new things with the Reform and Opening-up. Because of their powerful ability in technology innovation and flexible mechanism, Private Scientific and Technological Enterprises play more and more important role in technology progress and technical resources distribution. At present, Chinese Private Scientific and Tcchnological Enterprises are obsessed with severe intellectual drain. High rate of intellectual drain has brought tremendous losses to enterprises and limited their development. Much attention has been paid to this problem now, so it is very important to study intellectual drain and their retention not only in theories but also in practice .Comprehensive and profound research on this issue is scarce for now. Based on the detailed analysis of the existence of intellectual drain in Chinese Private Scientific and Technological Enterprises, the characteristics, negative impacts and reasons of it are elaborated in this paper. And some effective countermeasures to this phenomenon are proposed.This paper consists of three chapters below:The conception of intellectual drain, the existing situation, characteristics and negative impacts of it in Chinese Private Scientific and Technological Enterprises are the main contents of the first chapter.In the second chapter, the reasons for intellectual drain in Chinese Private Scientific and Technological Enterprises are analyzed, which contains system cause, salary and welfare cause, enterprise culture, leader cause and etc.
