| This article takes the waterway construction from Luzhou to Chongqing as an example. By combining the norm and the principle of the modern project management ,it introduces feasibility research of the modern project management, the investing and economic analysis in project practice of applied process, and lays particular emphasis on the earlier stage and economic evaluation .From the investing and economic analysis of the project construction, it elaborate how to carry on analysis and study each period of the project development. The investing and economic analysis of the project is the overall analysis of its investment and output. As a special transportation infrastructure project, the producing benefit mainly embodies as the social benefits of national economy .By adopting " have-none contrast method", it evaluates the project from the point of national economy .The earlier stage of feasibility research is the basic stage of the whole construction of the project, the adjustment and change during construction period is the perfection and continual stage of feasibility research,the result of the production period is substantially an examination of the quality of the possibility research.The article combines theories research and practice together and consults the domestic and international related materials. It puts forward my own views to earlier stage of the project construction ,feasibility research, investing and economic analysis .It has the reference value of the certain meaning for exalting sea mail profession project management level. |
