Study On TPL Developing Pattern For Jilin Province Communications Trade Under EC Conditions

The 21th century is an age of knowledge economy and information. Regardingas a dominant industry in country industry,logistics are being highly concernedand vigorously supported. Logistics developing speed directly effects the growthrate of Nation Economy,and effects the improvement of people's living standard.The Third-Party Logistics(TPL)is a new logistics form,which present itselfin the developing process of logistics theory and practice.It is an outcome oflogistics specialization and integration. Along with the development of economyglobalization and the information technology,more and more companies tend tooutsource their logistics to the TPL enterprises. After more than ten years'development,the TPL markets have put up the characteristics with high potentialand high increment speed. Based on forecast,the TPL will be the main logisticsform in 21 century.With the development of EC, business regions of enterprises have beenexpanded and traditional sales methods of enterprises and purchase methods ofconsumers have been changed. As the major commercial operational mode in 21thcentury, EC provides a broad expanding space for TPL. Meanwhile, thedevelopment of TPL provides realistic safeguard for EC.
