In recent years, the crime cases of minors in our country are going up, among them especially minor's violence cases increase very quickly, it has already drawn common concern of various circles of society. How to prevent and control minor's violence crime has become the hot question in the society. In this essay the author will analyse some reasons of minors' violence crime throngh the angle of sociology and psychology, and the author will also provide some good precautionary measures. In this essay Minor's violence crime refers to violence or criminal offence which is done by the citizen under 18 years old illegally, includes the violence criminal offence that the criminal law stipulates and the violence illegal activities which upset the social security seriously.The cause of criminality is the foundation of studying a certain crime phenomenon; we can grasp its crime law and seek the prevention counter measures only after analyzing the cause of it seriously. The cause of criminality is a system which causes crimes and in which there are all kinds of factors interaction. It is a multi-level and dynamic system. Minors' violence crime is no exception. In this system, there are some factors, one is the minor offenders themselves and also includes the influence of unfavorable factors in social environment. Secondly, family's factor is another important factor of it. Because most minors live with parents before living independently. Through analyzing, the author thinks that the family factors of minor's violence crime include the following: the influence of the family education, out-of-balance family structure, and unharmonious family atmosphere. Moreover, most minor offenders are accepting the school education before they commit crime, so the socialized schools have certain connection with minor's violence crime too. The school factors are the fallowing seven aspects aviations in the educational practice in the school; the fault in the school moral education work; lack of systematic and integrated legal education; extreme lack of psychology delectation; the repelling of "effect of the lakel" ; and some teachers having not top educational quality and unreasonable education structure. Finally.The influence of the social environment is an important factor, which causes minor's violence crime. It includes: the nagative effect of market economy, media violence, and the influence of bad association, etc.Analyzing the cause of criminality is for providing prevention countermeasures.
