Evaluation Of Implementation Of General Land Use Planning

The evaluation of implementation of general land use planning is an important research topic about the general land use planning. The purpose of this study is to set up an index system and model and develop the support system for the evaluation o implementation of general land use planning. The results of the evaluation indicate that the method can be used to evaluate the situation that the government implement the planning; on the other hand, to offer the basis to compiling and adjusting the planning.The paper, directed by the theories and the methods of the systematic engineering, makes deep analysis on conception, characteristics and construction of system of the evaluation of implementation of general land use planning by taking a comprehensive use of such disciplines as the systems science, the land resource management, informatics. And based on the systems analysis of the general land use planning, this paper set up an index system and the evaluation criterion and model for the evaluation of implementation of general land use planning, then the writer developed a comprehensive evaluation support system according to the model. In this paper, the writer strived for making some innovations of the evaluation of implementation of general land use planning.The finding indicate that making use of the model and the evaluation support system to evaluate the implementation of general land use planning is scientific and doable. The results of the evaluation are reasonable and realistic. So it is a scientific, effective method for the evaluation of implementation of general land use planning.
