Evaluation International Competitiveness Of Xi'an High And New Technology Industrial Park

New high-tech industry is the dense knowledge and technology industry .It is the most important precursor industry that represents the total national power and competition of a country. New high-tech industry park that is the base of development of the new high-tech industry occupies the important status in the development of the national economy. It will be significant to research and evaluate the competitiveness of new high-tech industry park. Now, the research to international competitiveness and the competitiveness evaluation indices' establishment only including country (region), industry, enterprises and production. Firstly, my paper defines the new high-technology, new high-tech industry and new high-tech industry park. Secondly, it puts forward the concept and the influence factor to the competition of new high-tech industry park. Combining the theory of region and industry competition, it brings forward the form theory of new high-tech industry park.. On this base, my paper establishes the international competitiveness evaluation indices of new high-tech industry park, and composes relative evaluation methods. Finally, it evaluates the international competitiveness of Xi'an new high-tech industry park, then, put forward to the correspond countermeasure and advise.
