After joining WTO , follow real estate market becoming active , real estate assess the overall expansion of the content, the competition of assessing the market of the real estate will be fierce day by day , this must result in selecting the superior and eliminate the inferior . ZD Company is as a knowledge type labourer's intensive assessment advisory organization of homework, want the survival and development in the market competition , must develop one's own human resources to the maximum extent , improve the staff's working enthusiasm, make the key competitiveness . Performance Evaluation is a very important component of the Human Resource Management system. To establish a Performance Evaluation System is a new direction for the initiatives of managing performance and an important part of all management system. This paper starts from the basic theory and method of performance evaluation of ZD Company, makes an all-round study of the performance evaluation system design. In the article, the author puts forward the problems in the evaluating system and analyses the reason why those problems existed. Then the author gives some advices in how to perfect the evaluation system of the ZD Company. There are five parts in the article.
