Law Controlling On Administration Monopoly

The administration monopoly is a realistic problem urgently to be solved in the course of economy construction in our country .The monopoly phenomenon exists in a very large range , not only electricity trade , telecommunication trade etc, which attract people's attention, but also such public utilities departments as the advanced education , health care, which more and more attracted people's sight at present. They all have restricted economic development seriously and become the biggest institutional bottleneck when china's economy grows at high speed continuously for a long time. For example, the insufficient domestic demand has influenced the economic growth of our country all the time and it is a theme that using macroscopical policy orientation of our government to expand domestic demand. However, the administration monopoly has suppressed the growth of the investment demand and consumption demand, and became the obstacle for our country to uses macroscopical policy to solve the problem of insufficient domestic demand effectively. So, we need to control the administration monopoly in an all-round way at present.There are main three kinds of views to control the administration monopoly in acadmic circles: Deepening the political and economic system reform; Using political , economic, legal means to implement comprehensively; Making the antimonopoly law. Here in the article, by analysing the relation between administration monopoly and demand deficiency of investment, the relation between administration monopoly and demand deficiency of consumption through using the economics theory.
