Hereafter, in virtue of the power of inward FDI, the ASEANs's economy developed rapidly and became the light of the world's economy.Inward FDI made up the relatively deficiency of inner capital, boosted the inflow of advanced techniques and managerial experiences, optimized the inner industry structure and improved the economy. Therefore, the ASEANs's experiences of positive making use of inward FDI became the referenced object around the world.Firstly, the thesis analyzes the attractive factor of inward FDI that the ASEANs possessing from the theory of attractive mechanism of inward FDI and investment environment of the ASEANs and the integrated development of the ASEANs.
