Democratic evaluation of trade ethos is a new thing which emerges during therectification of department and trade ethos. It is a creation of that the work ofgovernment department and trade should be supervised by the public. The leaders ofthe central authority have said:"The best mode to evaluate trade ethos should beexplored in practice. It should be strived to do evaluation externally, equitably,comparably."It is of great academic and practical importance to do research on thedemocratic evaluation of trade ethos.Considering the characteristics of public department and the special institution inour country,a satisfaction evaluation model of trade ethos and an index system are putforward. The American Client Satisfaction Index (ACSI) model is referenced. The citysupervise unit of KF borough is taken as a demonstration example.This dissertation is composed of four parts.Inthe first chapter,the background and significance of this research are expatiatedfrom academic and practical point.In the second chapter,the theory and method of democratic evaluation of tradeethos are expatiated,which include corresponding concepts,theory basement,basicevaluation factors and some methods.In the third chapter,a satisfaction evaluation model of trade ethos and an indexsystem are put forward,based on the comparative research of foreign client satisfactionindex models.In the fourth chapte, the city supervise unit of KF borough is taken as ademonstration example to be analyzed. Some policy advices are proposed toconsummate the evaluation of trade ethos.
