Studies Of The Thought Of Liu Shaoqi State Building

Liu shaoqi is an important member of first generation collective leadership of the communist party of China ,and he made important contribution to state building in the course of China revolution and construction.Devoting himself to the organic integration of the basic principles of Marxism-Leninism with China's realities Liu shaoqi has made special contribution to the problem about the special course and method of socialism state building and understanding and practising of"how to conduct political power-building".The thesis excavate the source and background and important ideas of Liu shaoqi on the guide of historical materialism ,adhere to the principle of unity of logic and history,using history,sociology,political science and other displines research method on the basis of refering to an extensive literature in this paper.This paper defines the state and state building firstly.state refers to political state in contrast to civil society and political parties,that is ,the political superstructure of special social development stage;state-building refers to the process of political modernization,reflecting the political aspects of modernization,including two stages of the establishment and democratic nation building.This paper argues that the thought of of Liu shaoqi state building is a complete thought system formed in the period of the new-democratic revolution,mature in the period of socialist construction, produced for adapting to the needs of the times and the logic of history bearing rich practical basis.It come from Maxism directly, and inherit chinese traditional culture and absorb the essence of Western culture at the same time.The content of the thought of Liu shaoqi state building include:govorning construction of the state ,democracy construction of the state ,legal system construction of the state ,power body construction of the state ,monitor system construction of the state , a united front congstruction of the state .
