Situations And Considerations On Ideological And Political Education Of Peasant Workers In Haikou

Since the Chinese economic reform, social economy grows fast and labor market keeps demanding in our country, rural people started to move into urban areas, there comes a new social class - Peasant workers. Peasant workers has made great contribution to the national economy development and urban construction to China, promote the growth and industrial structure adjustment, accelerate the transformation process from traditional to modern society in China. Peasant workers have special identity, the management system for them is not appropriate, that makes various social problems when they came into the city. Such as peasant workers have lower economic status, no social insurance and unfair treatment etc. Due to the urban and rural education resource is not on average, peasant workers' education is in low level for long time. Peasant workers' thoughts got certain fluctuations when they face the social discrimination and prejudice, sometimes they will even get anti-social emotions. That will become a buried hidden trouble of social stability to the city, so the ideological and political education for peasant workers is very important.The peasant workers'ideological and political education is still at the stage of exploring development in China, there are many shortcomings. It had not got enough values of public, lack of specific education target and content. Based on the current situation, the thesis profound thinking the reasons and insufficiency, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions. The thesis divides into four chapters. The first chapter summarizes the ideological and political education background, concept definition, research status and points out the practical significance of the topic. The second chapter analyses the current situation of peasant workers'thoughts. The third chapter discusses the weakness of peasant works' ideological and political education, points out the problem and shortcomings. The fourth chapter points out the importance of education, and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures of ideological and political education from theory and practice, including education contents optimization and environment improvement. Then improve the peasant workers' ideological and political education work, raise the qualities of peasant workers, promote the economic development and social stability.
