And making a comparison between the J.P system and our traditional and current model and make a combination of the both system, in order to explain the enlightenment of the J.P system, such as branching the judge, separating the judge dividing the power, and definiting the scope of the judicial duty, so as to achieve the modern transformation of our primary judicial model.
