After the Cold War, the international situation has undergone profoundly changes, the severe situation of the bipolar confrontation no longer exists, and various forces are re-integrated. Under the expansion of globalization, interdependence of countries around the world continues to strengthen, and the relations between states increasingly close. International cooperation has become a major trend. In this case, the various international organizations or communities such as the role of non-state actors become increasingly significant. In international exchanges, seeking dialogue and cooperation, solving the problems and conflicts by means of regimes rather than choose confrontation has become an important way to stabilize and develop the relationships between countries. Therefore, the study of international regimes, the advantages and disadvantages of China into the international system has important theoretical and practical significance.Since the founding of new China, the contact with the international regimes has gone through three phrases: very little participation, involvement and full participation. We must seriously summarize the success and failure of the course. Since the nineties, China's reform and opening get further development, China began a more extensive contacts and understanding of the international community, not only to safeguard our own interests, but also to make larger contribution for the world. This article focuses on China's process of integration into the international system after the Cold War, and analyzed comparatively on the international political system, international economic regimes, international security, and summed up China's integration into the international system after the Cold War for several major features: In the field of more comprehensive, more in-depth participation , more significant of the position and role in inner regimes, and further analysis of the pros and cons of China into the international system, China's integration into the international system comes to the conclusion more harm than good. After analyzing the pros and cons, this article continues to explore, and comes up with China's integration into the proposed international regimes for future challenges and take countermeasures to be useful for China's diplomacy, so as to better safeguard national interests. In short, the active integration into the international system, playing a role in the regimes inside has become an inevitable choice for China's peaceful development. However, we must see that most of the current international regimes are still, under the control and manipulation by most Western countries, so China should not only to continue to face this reality, but also to meet new challenges in the process of integration into the international system.
