The Study On Legal Issues Of Privacy Of Public Figure

Privacy is an important civil right of citizens .With the social development of legal system, more and more disputes rise from privacy .Countries in the world are exploring the perfect system of legal protection of privacy .Although China has made some progress on it, it still has a long way to go .Besides the introduction and conclusion, the paper argues with three parts.The first part starts from the relative theory of privacy, and analyzes the meaning and salient features of them deeply.
