And how to understand "when the criminal is stealing, deceiving, and robing, then people catch them, the criminal hold a gun to resist for concealing booty,resisting to catch, and destroying certificates."This paper is made up of three parts:In part 1-Issues on the element "holding" of the crime of holding a gun to rob. There are two questions. One is that if the criminal has to use or display the gun. The writer thinks so. The other is how to distinguish the hold with the taking and the hold in the crime of holding a gun illegally as such.In part 2- Issues on the element of the gun.Could we consider false gun as the gun of gun robbery.The writer thinks so.And she will discuss her point from the view of theory and practice.In part 3- Issues on the element of how to understand "when the criminal is stealing,deceiving,and robing,then people catch them,the criminal hold a gun to resist for concealing booty,resisting to catch,and destroying certificates."The writer thinks one behavior can't be evaluated two times.So this behavior can't seen as gun robbery.
