| Along with the Internet and the rapid development of its related industries, the disputes of virtual property have arisen, but the Internet is a kind of new thing, the legal system which matches it is not perfect. Virtual property, the legal difficulties raised widespread concerned in the community .Its legal recognition and protection has become a new topic, and it gives a strong challenge to the traditional civil law of property rights in China, claims, intellectual property as a new legal theory. In this paper, drawing on the research results of others which is on the basis of a narrow virtual property, that is the virtual property of net-games .We research and explore the concept of virtual property, characteristics, and legal protection.
