In order to comprehensively improve the quality of remolding prisoners and realize the functions of prisons, the prison people's police must continuously explore improvement, absorb advanced management concept, methods, theory and technology at home and abroad, enact practical and feasible management mechanism combined with the actual situation of prisons. While the innovation of human resources management mechanism is undoubtedly the entry point of the transformation of prison management mechanism. Under the new situation, the key for future development of prisons lies in reasonable planning and management of the human resource management for prison people's police as well as improving the comprehensive quality and fighting capacity of the whole team so as to better accomplish the tasks of supervising and remolding prisoners. This thesis firstly introduces the background and significance of this research, summarizes the correlation theory of police management and general situation of human resources management for prison police at home and abroad, then sketches out the concept and characteristic of prison police as well as the significance and tasks of prison police human resources management, lucubrate human resource management system of prison police in Xinjiang through analyzing the current situation of organization structure of prisons, human resources constitute of prison police, exertion of human resource management function in Xinjiang. Then point out the problems existing in prison police management. Finally put forward countermeasures about how to improve human resources management of prison police in Xinjiang applying theoretical knowledge of human resources management, so as to provide scientific basis for prison police management, enhance the management level of prisons and promote modernization, scientification and standardization of prison management. |
