Study On The Transition Of Xinjiang's Judicial System In Modern Time

Modern Xinjiang's judicial system has undergone a major transition course from the ancient to the modern. In this process, the judicial system began to emerge, while the process was a little tortuous and slow, among which there were progresses and disadvantages.The research on the transition of judicial system in modern Xinjiang has played significant role in the research on the modernization of the entire judicial system in Xinjiang. As the modern judicial system of Xinjiang concludes the past and inspires the future, we can pave a way for the modern research of Xinjiang's judicial research system and set a theoretical base on the construction of the judicial system in local areas only when we have a historical and overall understanding of Xinjiang's judicial system in modern time. This thesis tries to sort out the situation and the transition content of judicial system of Xinjiang in Qing Dynasty and Republic of China, through which it is to restore the dynamic process of the transition, as a result of the former description, it is the research object of the judicial system of Xinjiang in modern time.
