| In recent years, through the dispatch of flexible employment in the growing number of workers because of labor violations occurred sending the dispatched workers legitimate rights and interests are endless disputes, many companies circumvent the dispatch of labor law as a means of employer liability to use, serious damage to the interests of workers. Proved through practice, "Labor Contract Law" on the protection of dispatched workers is still inadequate.
