It is not only harm the interest of the workers who were injuried in the industrial accidents,but also to maintain the social stability and social production. In the accident insurance laws system study started fairly late, But accompanied by constructing socialist harmonious society and people-centred development of science, The party and nation pay more and more attention to build and improve the insurance laws system.The state council issued revised decision of industrial injury insurance regulations on the December 11th 2010, and worked on January 1st 2011. We are trying to make the newly amended industrial injury insurance regulations more adaptable to the current our current social and economic development. The thesis takes the opportunity of the amendment of industrial injury insurance regulations,and analysis the development of the industrial injury insurance system in the world,in order to give some suggestions for the system of improving. The article were divided into three parts in dealing with.The first part is the concept and system etymologies. This part mainly introduces the concept of industrial injury insurance system and system etymologies.We compare the conception of industrial injury and the concept of industrial injury insurance system to other conturies.We propose the conception of the industrial injury and the industrial injury insurance system. We know more clearly the system established and function.The second part is the legislation and the subcommission of the industrial injury insurance system of China. The part firstly introduce the development of our industrial injury insurance system,and it finds some problems, such as the legislation is not high enough and the scope is not wide enough,and so on.The third part is the suggestion to the problems mentioned above.There are some suggestions like this:first,we should estabish the law of industrial injury insurance second,we should make the people who are protected by the law more and more;third, specificate the process of the certification of industrial injury;finally,add the protection of industrial injury to the law.This part is in order to give some advanced advises to the improvement of our industrial injury insurance system.
