Rural housing land is the base of farm land. The right to use rural housing land, which is the unique concept contained in our property law and form of our usufructuary right, means the right to build farm house on rural land. rural land-use right is long-term available to villagers, and not only land-use right, but also farm house can be made over in some circumstances, therefore, rural housing land plays an important part in rural land and safeguard villagers. As a consequence, according to the article 62 in Chinese law of land administration, per farmer can only be approved to use one collectively owned land belonging to their countryside, in addition, the upper limit of homestead area restricted by province, autonomous region and municipality directly under the Central Government. In other words, only rural collective economic members are free to the right to the use of cartilage. It is not accepted to apply for new homestead if villagers rent, sell and present to others. Accordingly, initial registration of rural homestead, which promote the integration of urban and rural construction and efficiently use land resources, is an important means in residential land management that can lead to rapid, healthy and stable economic development. In short, it can provide important protection for villagers'living conditions, and rational allocation of land is an important aspect to achieve social justice, but we encountered many problems when registering certifications.In this paper, the author found solutions on the basis of these issues to reduce rural land disputes in the following four aspects.Above all, illustrating land to carry out land use right registrationSecondly, commenting standardized management and legality of the registration involved in registration for rural land-use right with examples.Thirdly, aiming at the solutions to lack of funds in registration of rural homestead and main qualification.Finally, analyzing countermeasures on the problems involved in rural homestead'registration.
