Culture is a national brand. Combined with corresponding culture, the law formed legal culture. Legal culture closely related specific cultural, ideological, etc. It also influenced the behavior of the social people.As half of the human, women develop their employment rights only in nearly 100 years. Although in nowadays, the law has clearly specified women's equal right to employment,but we should see that during the progress of law enforcement there are still some imperfect place. Investigating its reason, cultural factors enormous influence. Although legal has been established, the relating legal culture atmosphere have not been formed, some deep-rooted idea hindering law enforcement, hindering the realization of women's employment equality. So studying the equal right to employment from the perspective of legal culture, it will help women strive for equal right to employment, enrich and develop of the theory about women equal right, solve many realistic discrimination problems.This article mainly elaborated from five parts under the legal culture of female employment equality. Firstly, this paper discusses the connotation of legal culture. Legal culture is subjected to a particular ideology of social reality, subjected to a particular culture of historical tradition. With 5,000 years history and ancient civilization China has its unique legal cultural. In legal ethics, characteristics, Chinese women's professional experienced a process from scratch. In order to better understand the law the influence of culture of female employment, this paper also expounded from the Angle of comparison of western legal culture characteristics. Secondly, from a historical perspective, the article analyzes the development course of female employment, including the agriculture civilization, industrial civilization, legal civilization. Again, the third part states the theory of equal right to employment and clarifis the reality and the reasons for human pursues. In the historical process of related argues, the article focus on the reality of female employment problems in the fourth part. Finally in the final chapter the article puts forward how to promote the female employment equality from the angle of legal culture.This paper expounded the theoretical study of the legal culture, equality, employment rights; discussed the development of female employment equality by historical methods; discussed western legal culture by the comparative method; described the problems existing in reality by empirical method. discusses the influence of the legal culture and western women employment rights under the present legal culture. In order to provide the progress for women equal right to employment,it draws in the content and implementation deficiency. The formation of legal culture was not build in a day, the influence of legal culture will exist for a long time. The realization of female employment equality is still a long way to go. How to rely on subject inner approval to achieve equality in employment, rather than by law enforcement is still a worthy question.
