By learning the practice and experience of Hong Kong and overseas, for example, Government should play the leading role on the development of aged agency, and provide the necessary financial assistance to the private aged agency, and the government departments and non-profit organizations should establish a good partnership, then come to the focus to develop our country's aged agency. First, we should stressed that the government should play a leading role in the development process of aged agency; Second, human services should be embedded into the development of aged agency; Third, improve the policies and regulations for developing the agency; Last, strengthen professional and standardized training for aged agency.
