Ponder Of The Management Of Local Government's Administrative Organs' Establishment

Establishment of administrative organs is an important part of superstructure and plays more and more important role of system and mechanism guarantee in the C.P.C and China's development. The vitality of administrative organs'establishment is embodied in the adaptability and serviceability to the social development and the innovation keeping pace with the socialism with Chinese characteristics. The research on the administrative organs'establishment in the new situation is not only need of social and economic development but also need of fitting in the new targets better for administrative organs'establishment itself.The real-name system of administrative organs'establishment is a newborn idea in the management of administrative organs'establishment, which emerged with the reasons of the government strengthening self-construction, the establishment separating from the actual personnel, the rising of government administrative cost and the tremendous change of government administrative environment.
