Marxism is a product of the times.It is the summary of the practice and experience, sublimation of thescientific results. Marxism is not static, abstract dogma, it is a scientific theory that comes from practice and accepts the test of practice.It will certainly change with the times , practice expansion and scientific progress. And it will constantly enrich and develop itself. Marxism in China is formed by the essence of the basic principles of Marxism with Chinese actual conditions. The process of the Communist Party of China leading the Chinese people in revolution, construction and the great practice of reform is the process of the basic principles of Marxism combining with Chinese realities.It is the process of sinicization of Marxism. Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory,the important thought of Three Represents and the Scientific Outlook on Development are all created in this process. The Communist Party of China will guide China's revolution and construction process by using these sicientific thories. Since the date of Marxism generating, its founder and the successor are always based on the actual situation and constantly push Marxism forward further. Marxism gains new life, takes new forms,makes its content rich and the history of Marxism forward. We also can say that the vitality of Marxism is evolving and innovative.In this paper, I will study sinicization of Marxism from the status and the contemporary significance of it, working on sinicization of Marxism connotation and the basic laws, realistic basis and theoretical basis, historical and theoretical contribution of the process, methods and their future trend, using the Marxist point of view , positions, methods to study the history of sinicization of Marxism.
