"Labor Contract Law" by adhering to the spirit of the law protecting workers inclined to make a lot of labor and employment under strict regulation. Employment management focus should be placed flat on the development and refinement of rules and regulations. Regulations and labor contracts, collective contracts is to adjust the labor relations of the three leading normative documents, which together with other laws and regulations constitute a labor and employment policy of the management system of norms. Among them, the rules and regulations of the employer in the greater scope and deeper level reflects the will of the employer, the employer determines employment management in the leading position.
