Abstract/Summary:
Civil Service Examination & Recruitment is an important aspect of civil service management. Just as the famous sentence goes "Why the water is so clean, as the source of flowing water is moving", In order to keep the quality of the civil service, it is necessary to ensure the quality of Civil Service Examination & recruitment. Improving the mechanism of Civil Service Examination& Recruitment is in tune with the public administration selecting outstanding talent, improving the quality of the civil service requirements of the new times.Since 1994, the temporary regulation of Civil Service Examination & Recruitment has been put into practice for 16 years. During this long period, the mechanism of Civil Service Examination& Recruitment has been adhering to justice, fairness and competition and selection as the core values. In the past 16 years, the system of Civil Service Examination& Recruitment has been extended to the whole country, and it sent a large number of outstanding talents for public sector.This thesis argues that though the mechanism of Civil Service Examination & Recruitment has a good performance in the past time, we should also take the problems of the mechanism into consideration, which are exposed in the operation of the mechanism. These problems have not only hindered the normal working of this mechanism, but also harmed the situation of enjoyment.I, the author, just intend to analysis the problems in the mechanism of Civil Service Examination & Recruitment through this thesis, in the means of social research, documents reading, comparative analysis. In basis of research and analysis, I will try to propose some aimed Countermeasure for the improvement of the mechanism of Civil Service Examination & Recruitment.
