| "Handled as a separate case" is a common judicial practice phenomenon, separately on major criminal suspects to solve the co-suspects at large or in some of the problems under the jurisdiction of its aim is to protect legal rights and interests of certain parties to achieve economic litigation. Meanwhile, the parties involved substantive rights and procedural rights are impact, including the use of evidence, the applicable law, conviction and sentencing, but also affect the timeliness of cases and judicial management activities. But the current law which provides a more general lack of theoretical research. This paper tries to proceed from the judicial status quo, explore the causes of treatment separately in the theoretical analysis of its deficiencies, and improve the mechanism for handling separately put forward their own ideas. The paper is divided to explore the following areas:The first two try to separately deal with the judicial status of the analysis, puts forward the definition of processed separately to explain the various stages of criminal proceedings handled separately under the applicable circumstances, the causes outlined handled separately, as a basis for further theoretical analysis.The third part of the analysis dealt with separately in theory, apply to the deficiencies that exist under current law their place, and from the protection of the rights and procedural fairness, legal analysis of the economic aspects of existing mechanism for handling separately the problems.Part IV on the basis of the analysis of the problem, the authors put forward some ideas. Including improving the law, establish and improve the judicial handling of his case was being the procedures and internal supervisory mechanisms, and proposed the establishment of a unified database for the internal supervision and external supervision to provide a basis for standard procedures to deal with separately run and under the supervision of all parties against judicial corruption.
