This article has discussed the necessity of the civil servants'self-realization, and has analyzed the influencing factors of civil servants'self-realization, has detailedly analyzed the influencing factors of internal and external, the influencing factors including internal influencing factors such as administrative environmental factors, administrative cultural factors, administrative system factors, administrative executive factors and external influencing factors such as administrative consciousness, value fetches, personality forms, administrative ability and so on.
