Explore The Phenomenon Of Winner-take-all Of Lawyers' Income In The Legal Services Industry Of China

The prize reward is decided by relative performance rather than absolutely displays decides the prize reward,and reward is very easy to concentrate on a few outstanding talents in the hands of the top,and this phenomenon is known as the "winner-take-all"."Winner takes all" reward system in the entertainment industry, sports, art circles have been widely-bound. But today, it has penetrated into our economy, many other aspects of society, such as justice, medicine, education, investment banking, fashion, publishing, media and business management personnel and so on China's legal profession is just a "winner-take-all" market, the industry's "Pareto's Law" will be a more specific description of the phenomenon:80% of the cases source, are held by 20% lawyers,20% of the revenue law, possessing 80% of the industry. This inevitably makes the legal profession form the shape of a pyramid: at the tip, the few people mastered most of the resources industry, and at the bottom, most of the people have to engage in a fierce competition to get the resources. This not only makes the lawyer a serious polarization of income, but also reduces the efficiency of the actual utilization of social resources, there is not conducive to achieve the most optimal configuration.This paper analyzes the characteristics and the causes of the "winner-take-all" market, then study the main source of lawyers'income polarization in our legal services, and finally concluded the conclusions and implications. The purpose of this paper is to analyze not only the "winner-take-all" situation of lawyers'income, but also through the efforts of the parties to eliminate or weaken the degree of polarization which caused by "winner-take-all", and the ultimate goal is achieving "win-win" state.
