With China's rapid development of transport infrastructure, the incidence of traffic incidents is also rising, and its harm to public safety has become increasingly evident. However, our emergency management system of public security and traffic, there are still obvious shortcomings, mainly reflected in the organizational structure, management, resource coordination in areas such as emergency disposal efficiency and disposal capacity cannot meet the social needs of the government functions effectively. Therefore, we need to improve and develop as soon as public security and traffic emergency management system, which is an important strategic initiative.Public transport emergency management system involves road traffic, traffic police, fire and health, chemical and environmental protection departments. The manpower and resource deployment is also linked to multiple regions or even multiple provinces, and sources of information is very complex. Anhui province public security and traffic emergency management system, for example, the multi-source dynamic traffic information technology application point of view, analyzing the emergency management system, various problems exist, the proposal of building the emergency management system in our province's public security and traffic ideas. Combining the high traffic information systems and emergency management system characteristics, this thesis designs a networking hierarchical organization proposed system and initial program management processes. With the points of decision-making, information and implementation, this thesis analyses the overall program of multi-source dynamic traffic information technology in public security and traffic emergency management system of the feasibility, application of the principles and system framework. This thesis gives the system implementation of specific measures and recommendations.In addition, the multi-source dynamic traffic information technology in the application of public security and traffic emergency system, involving the response mechanism, plan preparation, resource protection and emergency management program design focuses on such issues as presented to the government departments to improve emergency response capabilities of practical significance of the constructive program guide. |
