Investigation On Crime Of Bribery

Crime of bribery stays the main focus of our judiciary for years. As it has been the hardest offense to prove whether in juridical practice or theoretical circles for all the time. Especially with the modern economic society development, the bribery cases tend to diversify in the way of more cunning forms and concealed actions. Therefore it is indispensable to investigate on these emerging new issues of bribery.This article mainly analysis on definition and interpretation of main party, bribe'gift', objective condition of bribery, and on definition of profit seeking for others and medi-bribery. By above analysis we aim to squeeze the criminals'living space in juridical practice, to decrease the probability of bribery, and to provide strong scientific proof for striking bribery.
