Therefore ,Responsibility on dept is the product to meet demand of transaction practice.This arcticle studys on the resource, concept, class of system of assignment depts. Analysis on the way of signing contract of assignment depts,And focus on the academic explanation of the effect of creditors permission and the character of contract in the situation that debtor and undertaker sign the contract.
