A Study On Legal Concept Education Of Non-public Economic Organization In China

After the Third Plenum of the Eleventh,China's non-public economic organization is gradually recovering.In the decades of reform and opening up, the non-public economic organization has grown rapidly ,and has made important contributions to the national ecomomic development .However ,during the course of the development ,we also see a lot of problems,mainly for the sense of the democracy and the law being weak ,ignoring state laws and regulations,tax evasion,not law-abiding in the production and management,saff ignore the legitimate rights and interests of labor.In the international market ,do not understand the relevant international trade rules,these issues are seriously hampering the further development of non-public economic organization.Therefore it is very important to study how to strengthen the legal concept education of non-public economic organization and enhance the democratic concept and legal consciousness of the personel of non-public ecomomic organizations .In this paper,according to the legal concept education of non-public economic status ,I explain how to strengthen the legal concept education of non-public economic organization.This article content has altogether been divided three parts.In the first part, I introduce the concept ,type,characteristics and historical development of non-public economy in china ,discuss the necessity to strengthen the legal concept education of non-public economic organization at this stage.The second part of the paper, I analysis the current problem of legal concept education of non-public economic organization in China ,mainly for the following problems:a lack of ideology,the educational methonds is backward, the working mechanisms is weak and the educational talent is lack,the content of education is vague.The third part of the paper I put forward the solution to solve the problem which the non-public economic organization must face.First,in the new era,I emphasized to use the concept of scientific development to guide the legal syetem education of non-public economic organization.Second,to establish a sound working mechanism of non-public economic organization. Third,to rich the content of the legal concept education of non-public economic organization.Fourth, to improve the legal concept of educational methods.Fifth,to reshape corporate legal culture of non-public economic organization.Sixth,using the mass media to expand educational channels of the legal concept education of non-public economic organization.This study is based on Marxist philosophy ideological and political education, jurisprudence, Mao Zedong Thought,Deng Xiaoping Theory,the modern education business management and other kinds of subjects.The main methods of the article is the literature methods,to collect other's researching results,and combine the research into the principles of the ideological and political education for the study.
