With the development of Internet, the application based on Internet also develops constantly. Internet provide all kinds of business entities with chances of discovering new customers, supply flow, new services and so on. This made them gain unprecedented redound of economy by Internet. And this incarnated the huge value of Internet. Various organizations and business entities have turned their operation mode to Internet decidedly and they have gained distinct redound of business and competition such as the increase of income, the reduce of cost, the establishing of new relation of clients, chances of innovation of brands, the creation of new services of clients etc. However, owing to that at the present time, the business application and business services based on Web of most enterprises uses different operation mode in different phases. How to join these application with low cost and realize the large-scale connection of business application system between different enterprises is a difficult problem for developer to resolve. The developing languages of different application system, the platform of deployment and the protocols of communication are various. The data formats for external data exchanging are also different with each other. All these differences have formed a lot of independent "isomerous systems". How to solve the high-cost system integration with differences of developing languages, platforms, protocols and data has become the key problem of enterprise application integration. The XML technology developed form 1998 and its interrelated technologies have proved the possibility of resolving above-mentioned problems of system integration. Web Services technology developed nowadays which based on XML is a optimal solution to this problem. And Web Services is the focus of today's IT field.Web Services is the shortened form of XML Web Services, it is an outstanding distributed computer technology after DCOM, CORBA and so on.It made up the shortcomings of before-mentioned two technologies on platform setting and isomerous systems. It is based on XML, SOAP and HTTP etc and it realized access to services provided on Internet with programmable method. In this mode, each systems on different platforms can be integrated without gap.The purpose of this paper is to research and realize enterprise application integration with the new distributed computer technology of Web Services. And also in this article some solutions will be put forward for a series of problems appearing in the process to resolve the issues in the integration of isomerous systems. The structure of the article is as follows. The first chapter is the introduction of the paper, in this part, the appearance, development and evolvement of distributed computer technology and its basic communications modes will be discussed. The second chapter began form the conception of Web Services technology, and the low-level technology standards and protocols of Web Services will be thoroughly analyzed and discussed including XML, SOAP, WSDL etc. In the third chapter, we compared and analyzed the two most popular application platforms, J2EE and .NET and their support and implement to Web Services. And in this part we also expatiated how to realize Web Services on J2EE. The forth chapter began form the conception and flow of enterprise application integration, in this part we discussed the mode of introducing Web Services into EIA and we also described the realization of an application framework based on Web Services. In the fifth chapter, we discussed the key problem of EIA, the mutual-operation between systems built on different platforms. And we attempted to resolve the problem with Web Services. In the last part of the paper, we put forward the conclusion of the article and we made the expectation of the development and in-depth application of Web Services.
