The second part studies the necessity of establishing the exit regime according to the status quo in China.The third part analyses all kinds of effects caused by the establishing of the exit regime.The fourth part comes up with some measures to improve the exit regime, including the construction of relative financial laws ,the crisis forecast system.the deposit insurance system and exiting operation system etc.
