Design Of The Entrepreneur Inspiration Mechanism Of Listed Companies Based On Value Management

With the development of the agent-principal theory and the human capital theory, the problems existing in entrepreneur inspiration have become more important. But there exist problems in entrepreneur inspiration of China' s listed companies, and these problems have affected the development of China' s listed companies to some extent. So this dissertation applies the value management theory to the design of the entrepreneur inspiration mechanism of China' s listed companies, hoping to do some help to perfecting the entrepreneur inspiration mechanism of China' s listed companies and its development.This dissertation includes some contents as follows principally.The first chapter expounds studying background and purport of this dissertation, and provides its framework.The second chapter introduces the value management theory and improves the model of measuring the value of companies.The third chapter analyzes the situation of the entrepreneur inspiration of China' s listed companies and points out the problems in it and puts forward the idea of applying the value management theory to solving the problems.The fourth chapter designs the entrepreneur inspiration mechanism of listed companies based on value management. This inspiration mechanism aims at value creating, and the indexes of examining the entrepreneur performance are Economic-Value-Added (EVA) and the indexes of value driver, then in accordance with these indexes to determine the entrepreneur' s salary. In the last, the writer designs three methods to pay the entrepreneur salary, the first is the bonus bank of EVA, the second is to combine the bonus bank of EVA with stock option, the third is to combine the bonus bank of EVA with stock. This inspiration mechanism can combine the short-term inspiration with long-term inspiration effectively.The fifth chapter compares the entrepreneur inspiration mechanism of listed companies based on value management with other the entrepreneur inspiration mechanism and points out its advantages.The sixth chapter summarizes the dissertation and puts forward the studying works which needs further more perfection.
